About The Project

Built and launched a B2B2C platform that transforms on-premise QR/NFC scans into instant service requests, promotion delivery, and live analytics across Android, iOS, and Web. Architected multi-tenant infrastructure and an AI-driven promotion engine to increase speed of service, capture upsells, and provide managers with real-time insights. Backed by Fusen Fund following the Klaus Startup Challenge.

Achievements

Backed by $150K from the Klaus Startup Challenge (Fusen Fund) and built as a Delaware C-Corp, now piloting with 5+ venues.
Designed and delivered a complete dine-&-play service platform across Android (Kotlin), Web (Next.js), and iOS (Swift).
Built an Android manager dashboard and customer web app with dual WebSockets for instant service requests and AI-powered promotions.
Engineered a multi-tenant, containerized infrastructure on AWS (ECS, ALB, RDS, S3, CloudFront) with seamless CI/CD deployment.
